The privacy policy (“policy”)shared here explains how Biashara Book Limited (“us”, “we” or “our”) operate Biashara Book App which is a mobile application digital book keeping solution with sales and inventory management for micro small and medium enterprises. The App shall be available on Google Play Store, iOS and other similar platforms. There shall be also other services including but are not limited to the recording of sales/credit/payment, communicating dues/balances via the site and application, together with any mobile or internet-connected device or otherwise (Biashara Book App).

This policy entails how the collection of data use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Services and the choices you have associated with that data. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. For Users of the Biashara Book App( “users”,”you”) that register on the web or mobile Application, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Contacts
Further, upon downloading the App, Users are requested to share access to their contact list (as stored on their mobile device on which the App is downloaded), so as to enable the User to share payment/credit updates with his customers (who might be or might not be already Users of Biashara Book).
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Information We Collect Automatically When You Use Our Services:
1.Customer Information: We store the contact information of your customers. We also keep a log of all the sales, inventory credit, payment-related communication to the customers.
2 Access log: Our Application servers automatically collect certain information and store it in log files when you interact with our websites and Services. This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses as well as browser type, URLs of referring/exit pages, operating system, language and location preferences, time/date stamp, search history, device identification numbers and system configuration information. Occasionally, we connect personal information to information gathered in our log files as is necessary to improve our Services. If we do this, we will treat the combined information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
3.Cookies: Cookies are used our organization and by our third-party partners (for example, our analytics partners) to collect information. 4.Sales, Expenses/Inventory/Credit/Payment Records: We store all your these records in a secure cloud-based environment using the services of third-party infrastructure service providers.
5.Demographic Information: We may be able to reference other sources of demographic as well as other information in order to provide you with more targeted communications and promotions. We use Google Analytics, among others, to track the User behavior on Site to provide better service delivery.
The User also consents to sharing of Information (including sensitive personal information) when it is requested or required by law or by any court or governmental agency or authority to disclose, for the purpose of verification of identity, or for the prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, or for prosecution and punishment of offences. Data Back Up Services
When using the App from to time to time we provide synchronization of data that it we take backup of your data on Biashara Book App on our cloud database. This is normally done for the sole purpose of enabling our Users to get their data back in case their phone’s data becomes unusable, or phone gets lost, or the User moves to a new phone device. We also use this backup to provide useful insights and information related to their spends such as weekly spends in a month, insights related to spending behavior.
Kids Privacy
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 18 noted as “children”. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to delete that information from our servers.

We take appropriate security technical and organizational measures (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) to safeguard your Personal Information from unauthorized access, unlawful use, intervention, modification or disclosure under the requirements of the Regulation.
